• Shipping & Delivery

• Orders ship from our facility in Baltimore, Maryland. Please allow 2-3 business day from your order date plus shipping time to receive your order. Daddy's Design will ship via US Mail ground service, unless other requests are made. Note: Daddy's Design will make exceptions to our processing time for special occasions, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@daddysdsign.com to notify us of your needs. Making sure gifts arrive in time for special occasions is important to us!



• Return Policy

• Daddy's Design wants you to be happy with your purchase. We stand behind our products 100% and if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return any Daddy's Design product in its original condition within 30 days and can replace any defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Daddy's Design is happy to replace any defective merchandise with the same item (size and style) originally purchased. To exchange or return a product via US Mail, please ship your product along with your packing slip in its original packaging to:

  For exchanges, please include the style, color and size of the product you wish to receive and a credit card number or a check payable to Daddy's Design for shipping ($10.99 for each seat). Exchanges will not be processed without payment. For returns, a credit for the value of the returned merchandise (puchase price plus tax) will appear on the original credit card used at the time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. Refunds are only offered for items purchased on www.daddysdesign.com. Daddy's Design is not responsible for items that are shipped and lost before reaching Daddy's Design.
  If a shipping error occurred on our part, we will gladly reimburse you for your shipping charges upon receipt of your merchandise. A shipping reimbursement will be credited to the credit card used on the original purchase only and the correct merchandise will be promptly sent to you at no charge.
